Nothing is charged automatically: the trial requires no credit card. At the end of the 7 days, you either subscribe at €9/month per user or your access is suspended. Your data remains recoverable for 30 days, giving you time to decide or to export what belongs to you.
The price is shown in euros including VAT: VAT at the current rate is included in the displayed price. No surprises between the advertised price and the price you pay. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions.
The principle never changes: €9 per month per user, with no tiers and no extra charges. Your bill simply follows the number of users on your account, with no plan change and no renegotiation, whether you work solo or as a team.
Yes. The subscription has no commitment: you can cancel at any time, free of charge, directly from your management dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period, and you are not billed after that.
It belongs to you, before and after. You can export all of your data in JSON format at any time, including during the trial. After cancellation, your data is kept for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
Payment is made by credit card via our provider Stripe: Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards are accepted. Your bank details are never stored by Backhurry.
